Management Team

Amina, Operation Director/Realtor® - In addition to overseeing the daily operation of the team, Amina supervises the recruiting, training and management of all personnel. By monitoring activities on a daily basis she is able to advise team members, address client needs promptly & effectively and ensure that every one of DDA’s clients receives exceptional customer service. Her personal commitment to providing every client with extraordinary customer service ensures that DDA clients experience the best transaction possible.

Jin, Sales Manager/Realtor® - Jin oversees the training and management of DDA’s Buyer Specialist sales team. By ensuring that all team members are aware of current market conditions as well as experts in current techniques and trends, Jin confirms that all of DDA’s clients are receiving the best service possible. He is also our in-house Korean language expert.

Laura, Manager of Systems, Statistics and Technology - Laura provides support to the team and our clients by reviewing and analyzing market trends, systems and policies.  Combing this with the oversight of administrative activities she ensures that DDA’s team members have access to industry news and DDA’s clients needs are met in the most efficient manner possible.

Quang, Advertising/Photographer - Quang designs and implements a direct mail advertising campaign to over 100,000 households each month throughout Fairfax County. Quang is also our photographer and web site coordinator. Our sellers are always impressed by how wonderful their homes look in his photos and on our web site.
